The trend of waking up early continues, as I was awake at 5:00. Didn't get up immediately and when I did ... I didn't do anything. Wasn't quite as fatigued or sleepy as other mornings but still didn't feel like doing anything. Just thought about work. Stress.
Lunch: Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spears, Greek Gods plain yogurt with added honey, homemade buttermilk wheat bread with butter
Standard. Tried adding some honey to the plain yogurt since I've gotten used to the trublend stuff.
Snack: CFA spicy chicken sandwich, frosted lemonade
Dinner: Domino's pepperoni, ham and mushroom pizza, brownie with Rebel vanilla ice cream
Massive meltdown. They gave me a brownie. I, like the idiot I am, ate it.
Exercise: Nope.
