Totally thrown off this morning for some reason. Got up a bit later than usual, managed to make it through the routine (I think) but blanked on getting on the scale. Not a big deal in the slightest but it did give me a jolt when I noticed that I had missed doing it!
Lunch: Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spear, croissaint w butter, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Stock standard. One more day before vacation which will of course involve bad eating.
Dinner: Donkey chips and guac, ribeye steak, Haagen Dazs chocolate ice cream
Exercise: Nope, rest day before six straight days of golf.
