On Scheduled

A pretty good morning today.  Even though there wasn't a big drop on the scale or a hugely visible difference from any other day, I felt leaner this morning.  Maybe it was just a decent night's sleep, not sure.  Only woke up once before my alarm that I recall and went right back to sleep.  Moving around pretty well, not too many aches or pains.  In sum, a pretty good day so far.

Lunch:  Leftover ribeye steak, 2 eggs over medium in butter, leftover mashed potatoes.


LOL, you can't tell where the eggs end and the potatoes begin.  Added the eggs since I figured I had at most 4 oz of steak -- it was a 10 oz ribeye and there was a pretty good strip of fat attached.  Had a slightly larger piece last night.  Anyway, this was good and a bit excessive. 

Snack:  5 strips leftover CF bacon


The fifth strip was in my mouth when I remembered to take a photo.  A bit over reheated but fine.

Dinner:  Ham, salami and extra cheese grinder, dill pickle spear, 12 oz Two Hearted Ale, bowl of Rebel cherry chip ice cream


Thanks to the snack I was not as hungry tonight, so I got the smaller sandwich.  A little dish of the keto ice cream was an excellent capper on a decent day.


Exercise:  9 holes with cart, moderate extra walking.  Pedometer said 2.5 miles.
