Phew. Long day. Tired. Really beat. Not a surprise that I went with easy on the food choices. Lunch was also a short-on-time factor.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns east coast italian minus mayo, o/v, add mustard and pickles. Pickle.
Dinner: Domino's pepperoni, ham and mushroom pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Exercise: Nope.
