Too much food yesterday and way too many carbs. I knew I'd pay the price today and yup, there it was. Same old story, I need to find a way to exercise during the week consistently and I need to tighten up the food choices. Not rocket science.
Today will be a bit different since I won't have time to have lunch at home. Instead it will be something from the drive thru in all likelihood. Not stellar.
Lunch: 2 McDoubles minus ketchup
No photo. They were edible.
Dinner: Domino's hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, ham and mushrooms
Been a while since a blowup like this. Might have beer too.
Exercise: Nope. Super fatigued tonight.
