Darned Tenths

If only I had been able to let go of a little more this morning, could have passed another little milestone.  Instead, it has to wait at least until tomorrow, or more likely until this weekend since I have plans this evening that involve eating out and having drinks.

Still, I'm pleased that going 2MADish is making a difference without any suffering.  I still could stand to make adjustments to drop the carb count while keeping protein and fat up, but at least the lazy man's version is holding things steady until the weekends where walking 10-15 miles is doing the job.

Lunch:  Ham, 2 slices swiss cheese, pickle spear, croissaint with butter, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt


Another day, another standard lunch.  Satisfying.

Dinner:  Polish plate - kielbasas, kraut with bacon, cabbage roll, pierogis, sour cream, salad, 24 oz Two Hearted Ale


New food experience, enjoyed it.  Didn't eat much of the salad, I'm not a huge fan of weird lettuce.  No dressing.  Otherwise, did some damage.

Exercise:  Nope.
