At Least One Croissaint Short Of A Full Dozen

The grind continues.  Up too late last night so this morning was a struggle.  One of these days I'll be able to crash early and start the shift to a better schedule.  Maybe.

No big change on the scale this morning, which is good.  I'll grudgingly accept a tiny bump, since I did once again eat way too many carbs yesterday and didn't get that much exercise.  Just trying to hang around until the weekend.  Also -- at some point today I decided that I could actually retire the largest size work pants I have.  I'm wearing a pair and there is so much slack.  Time to see if I have enough pairs the next size down to make the switch full time.  I did wear a pair this weekend and they were fine.

Lunch:  Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spears, croissaints with butter, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt

Standard.   I noticed that my 8 count of half-sized croissaints actually had nine.  What will I ever do with an extra??

Dinner:  3 jumbo CF eggs over easy in ghee, 3+ strips thick cut bacon, hash browns, small avocado, 24 oz All Day IPA

Probably a bit much.  Pretty good though.

Exercise:  Nope.
