Puff up, then walk it off. Thank goodness for summer weekends, keeping things in check. Now, I just need to fix the weekdays. I ate luxuriously, not dietarily efficient, yesterday and still had the usual drop. So walk, dummy.
Noticed this morning that my bad leg was much less swollen than usual - it almost matched the other one in size. Color will never be the same, presumably due to chronic veinous insufficiency and the multiple insults the leg has experienced in recent years, but it was kinda nice regardless.
Breakfast: Breakfast tacos w/ 1 eggs, mexicheese, sour cream and salsa. Coffee
They may not look like much but they sure are good.
Lunch: Red lentils, glass of whole milk
Seems to be excellent golf fuel.
Dinner: Smoked beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes with butter and sour cream, 24 oz Miller Lite
Couldn't come close to finishing this, way too much meat. I'll probably have a gin and tonic later.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, decent extra walking. Pedometer said 6.75 miles.
