The downside to exercise-induced drops on the weekend are rebounds after off days, especially when too much starch is consumed and the body was going to rehydrate anyway. Oh well. Still hoping to stay in a narrow range during the week.
Slept reasonably well but again tired when I got up. Thankfully it again faded pretty quickly. If I had the ability to make myself sleep earlier I would exercise it, the best I can do is hit the sack early and hope.
Lunch: Deitz and Watson black forest ham, extra sharp cheddar cheese, polish dill, croissaint with butter, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Standard. Store was sold out of the usual ham so I hit the deli and got this kind. Quite good.
Snack: 5 strips Meijer thick cut bacon
Pre-golf food, helps keep the post round hunger down.
Dinner: Ham, cheese and salami grinder, 12 oz Miller Lite, Rebel salted caramel ice cream
All good.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. Not that much walking, pedometer said just over 2.25 miles.
