Wired sleep. It's different than weird sleep, but it was definitely weird.
I very rarely have caffeine after noon. I've had some lately while backsliding on the beetus juice, but not that much really. Last night, I had a lot. And it was all after dinner. It made for an interesting night of sleep. I went to bed late, slept for an hour or two and then woke up. I felt much more awake than usual. Disposed of water, went back to sleep. Woke up an hour later to an alarm beeping, no it wasn't the smoke detector I thought it was, it was a truck backing up outside my window. Again, much more awake than usual. I was still much more awake than usual when I started waking up after 6:00.
Still late for work though. Sigh.
I got a number of tasks done at least, though they were all things that should have been done on Sunday morning. I'm so far behind. And while it was interesting I do not plan to repeat the wired sleep experiment.
Breakfast: 4 strips Smithfield thick cut bacon, orange juice, coffee
Grocery store bacon and lots of it.
Lunch: Double cheeseburgers, fries
Local place.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, Slim Kim garlic popcorn, coke

Exercise: 9 holes with cart.
