It's always nice when the scale is kind and you also feel or see something noticeable. There was notably less belly bloat this morning. Not really sure why, but I will just take it.
Funny that the last two days feel successful when they have absolutely not been 100% clean. Way too much cheese and too many chips yesterday, I was rather surprised that the scale was down as much as it was. All water, of course, but hey the water needs to go too.
Anyway, limping onward.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee
The problem with Tuesday golf is it prevents me from doing anything that takes time like cooking up a batch of sausage for breakfasts. And by prevents I mean I'm a lazy POS who doesn't do anything. I certainly could have gotten up and done it this morning too, but didn't. Another project for tonight.
Lunch: Culvers mushroom and swiss burger, add mustard and grilled onions
Glad to discover mayo was not part of the standard configuration.
I have seriously considered a diet plan where I just eat a burger for lunch every day. No fries, no other sides, no drink, just a fat burger.
Dinner: Charcuterie plate - Applegate salami, cheddar, olives. Jesse & Bens avo oil fries. 12 oz All Day IPA
Not sure I'll ever master the art of not eating too much in the evening. I still want more. Anyway, some new stuff to me, the salami and the fries (done in the air fryer). Both very good. Next time I hope to try the tallow fries, they were sold out - only available one place semi-locally and it's not nearby.
Exercise: Nope.
