Every time I reboot I wonder if this time I've screwed up my metabolism for good. At some point you have to think my body is just going to say eff it, you abuse me, I'm on strike and not going to metabolize things correctly any more.
Was definitely wondering about that this morning. Usually a couple of clean meals is enough to trigger a major flush, at least when I've been bingeing. Not this time. The scale was definitely down as if water was lost but it wasn't a parade of trips to flush it. We'll see how it goes from here, maybe it just takes longer to really kick in.
Anyway, again felt fairly decent this morning. It's warm in here but a dehumidifier knocked down the humidity ten points and made it quite comfortable. I can deal with this.
Breakfast: 2 slices pepper jack cheese, coffee
Again. Last of the pepper jack.
Lunch: 3 CF eggs scrambled, 4 NR bacon sausage links
We'll see if this is sufficient. Tasty.
It wasn't. Pre golf McD 2x double cheeseburger. Was having an energy crash.
Dinner: French dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
Had a bit of leftover Coke when I got home. If I had more (and more ice) I would have had more.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. Hot.
