I've been really lax on doing this the last few days.  Let's catch up.

Breakfast:  Panera asiago bagels, cream cheese, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2x double cheeseburger, fries, coke

Dinner:  BK texas whopper, fries, dr pepper, no bakes

Exercise:  Nope

Breakfast:  Sourdough bread w butter, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns ultimate italian, chips, diet lemonade  

Dinner:  Culvers concrete mixer, Jersey Mikes #56

Exercise:  Nope

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w cream cheese, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2x double cheese, coke

Dinner:  Hot dog, chicken, pasta salad, 12 oz Coors Lite, strawberry shortcake w ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes w cart
