I so very desperately need to get it together. So fat, and it's killing me.
Weird night. Went to bed early, doomscrolled the news but went to sleep around 10:30. Woke up at 3:30 and that was it for deep sleep. Lazed about for many hours afterward, both in bed and in the recliner, and for once I managed to mostly not think about work or other stressful things. It was pleasant. But of course with a relatively early tee time this afternoon it put me behind schedule.
Breakfast: A couple slices of pepper jack cheese, coffee
Part of not being up is not needing to eat. Another part is trying to keep the temperature down in here since I am without A/C.
Lunch: McD 2x double cheeseburger, coke
I may need to think about WHEN I eat in addition to what.
Dinner: BLT, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners. I did skip the ice cream.
Fouthmeal: TB luxe box, pepsi
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, enough walking to be very tired. Hot.
