Cravings Lose

That's a little better.  I managed eight hours of sleep last night.  I think, anyway.   I was somewhat more alert this morning, felt a bit better.  Being done with eating early (before 7:00) last night helped.  I did end up eating more than I had planned, but not to wild excess.  So all good there.

It was interesting how much I craved sugar after dinner.  If I had had anything on hand, I would have consumed it.  I looked into simple dessert recipes, fortunately even those were too much effort.  Managed to fight off the urge to do an allulose ice cream.  I knew I didn't need more food.  I just had cravings.  And for once they lost.

Dumped a bunch of water so the scale was kind too.  Not a bad start to the day. 

Breakfast:  4 NR bacon sausage links, orange juice, coffee

Greasy and tasty.

Lunch:  Wendy's double

I was not able to make myself meal prep last night, so a free burger (bought on points) it was. 

Before golf, about 3 oz Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese.  I need to have something better handy for Tuesdays to grab and go. 

Dinner:  French dip sandwich, pickle, 12 oz Miller Lite, dill Krunchers


Standard Tuesday night fare.  Cracked with the chips, otherwise an okay day.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, reasonable walking
