Time for a quick wrap.

TGIS.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, bacon, raisin toast w jam, coffee

As usual.

Lunch:  McD 2x double cheeseburgers, coke

Original plan was to wait for dinner, didn't make it.

Dinner:  Keto bowl, coke

A bit much.  May have snickers ice cream bars too.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Pretty tired.
