Night Shift

Time to break the pattern.  I can do okay at breakfast, it's rarely a big deal to eat little (or even nothing).  Is not problem.  Lunch, similarly, can be okay.  I overeat at lunch more often than I do at breakfast, but it's still not too terrible.  Dinner is the problem.  I eat way too much and the wrong stuff.  I need to fix that.  A much lighter meal is required, which is going to require a shift in mindset - I'm often quite hungry when I head home after work which results in poor decisions.

Okay then.

Not a great start to the day.  I had a lengthy weird dream, woke up a number of times and ended up in the recliner at 5:00 am.  As part of the great fixing I sure would like to get a consistent eight hours (or at least six or whatever I need to be functional at a minimum), in bed, with no recliner dozing.  I was awake enough this morning to make that happen but I sure felt like crap, probably in large part due to the major excess calorie consumption last evening.

Fix it.

Breakfast:  4x NR bacon sausage links in a bit of EVOO, coffee

I realized yesterday that I hadn't thawed anything to cook for this morning, so I picked up a package of links.  They're expensive but they're decent. 

Lunch:  2x McD double cheeseburgers

 

Stupid work.  I need better advance planning. 

Dinner:  4x mexican style tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, chips

 


Urge to eat so strong.

Exercise:  Nope.
