Soft Rebound

Getting there.  Scale bounded back up a bit, a fine reminder that I can't eat 2k calories in the evening with no exercise and expect good things to happen.  Not a huge deal, pretty clear that some of it is water (too many chips too much salt) and other stuff that needs to go.  Also didn't sleep as well.  Which is too bad.  The bottom line is that a little breakfast and a reasonable lunch are working pretty well but I still need to fix dinner and after.  And exercise.

Anyway, another day looms with lots to do and little interest in doing any of it. 

Noted this morning that my posts with excessively negative titles get the most views.  Amusing.  This won't be one of them.

Breakfast:  Cabot sharp cheddar, coffee

Again.

Lunch:  2 CF eggs scrambled, 4 NR bacon sausage links

 


And again.  Tasty and satisfying. 

Dinner:  Burger w MRgOgMJT, fries

 


Local five guys style place.  Annoyed that I again forgot to ask for cheese.  Talked myself into fries, this is a small, lol.  Tasty, but just like yesterday the satiety signal is totally messed up.  I'm not hungry but boy do I ever want to eat more.

Will probably settle for 12 oz All Day IPA. 

Exercise:  Nope.
