Although I was less tired this morning, by the time I write this mid-afternoon I'm spent. It's really disappointing to be this exhausted. It was particularly bad last evening and made Tuesday evening golf a chore rather than a joy. As usual I need to fix my diet.
And sleep. And exercise. And so it goes. Just pick a day and start doing it, dummy.
Breakfast: 4 strips Smithfield thick cut bacon, orange juice, coffee
Just realized that I intended to buy a different brand of bacon. Oops. Oh well, it was on sale. And I shouldn't eat grocery store bacon anyway, too much PUFA.
Early lunch: CFA spicy plus pepper jack, fries, coke
Late lunch: Perch taco, beans, mexican coke
Ugh.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, coke
I was unsure until I took the first bite that this was what I needed for dinner. It was. For once, no regrets.
Exercise: Nope.
