Getting things fixed sure involves a lot of speculation. The human body is weird, man. I'm sure that I could have great temporary success if I had an iron will, but the reality is that I don't. Very fallible. Too many stumbles. Inconsistent motivation.
Anyway, even though I went to bed at a reasonable hour last night I didn't get right to sleep. Once I did it was the usual, I woke up a little before 6:00 for water removal but I was not rested, not ready to get going. So, as usual, I didn't.
I am thinking that I may need to give evening exercise a more thorough try. Maybe that's a key (nothing is ever the ONLY key) to getting good quality sleep. I also need to do some serious dusting and vacuuming, as my sinuses were mildly cranky yesterday and it sure doesn't seem to take much to reduce sleep quality.
Breakfast: 5 CF sausage links, orange juice, coffee
Satisfactory.
Lunch: 3 eggs sunny in EVOO, hash browns in RCO, 1C spicy beans
Very tasty, filling ... and not so great for satiety. QUITE hungry even before 5:00. It's the sort of thing that makes me believe that I really need to go hardcore low carb. Even though I honestly am not excited about that.
Dinner: Dominos thin crust pep ham, parm bread bites, allulose vanilla ice cream
The planned light dinner was just not going to cut it. I should have come up with a better plan than this, but at least it was cheap. First allu ice cream in a while, the texture was perfect but the taste a bit off.
Exercise: Nope. Going to bed as early as I can stand.
