Apparently today is National Donut Day. I've seen mention of it before, but it's really being pushed around here this year. Maybe it's just where I've been going, I dunno. But whatever. Someone brought in a big box so I'm sure I'll have one.
Not too steep a price for yesterday's failure at least. As always the trick is to not turn it into a major slide. It's so annoying that I am the way I am. I was unusually hungry last night. Borderline ravenous, a state which I virtually never reach. So I ate. And ate. And when I finished eating I still had the urge to eat more, even though I had consumed plenty. I never felt extremely overfull, but when I went to bed - late - I was still very full. Which I do not want to be.
Anyway, glad it's Friday. Let's get this work stuff done.
Breakfast: 5 CF sausage links, orange juice, coffee
As mentioned, will have a donut later.
Lunch: Double cheeseburger w cheddar, M/P/GO/GM/Jala/Tom
Local place, Five Guys knockoff. It was not cheap (over $10), but it was good. Hot, fresh, HUGE and loaded. Also had a grapeade Spindrift - I wouldn't ordinarily mention a 14 calorie beverage, but it was enjoyable.
Dinner: Italian sub, chips, glass of chocolate milk
Not inspired. Did get fresh milk from the farm at lunch so at least there was that.
Exercise: Nope. Really a missing piece of the equation here.
