Incrementally More And Less

I was thrilled to actually get something near seven hours of consecutive sleep last night.  I felt notably better when I got up to release some water.  I pounded down a glass of electrolytes before bed and I think that was quite helpful.  It was amusing to feel better after eating some Taco Bell a bit before I went to bed, too. 

Not surprised to see the scale lower, I definitely lost water weight by all available methods.  It's supposed to be hot again today and then it'll moderate slightly.  I just hope that it doesn't get too hot at home given the lack of functioning A/C.

Breakfast:  2 slices of pepper jack cheese, coffee

I was late so I went with the fastest option available.

Lunch:  2 eggs scrambled with CF chorizo

 


Had a thawed package of chorizo, it was easy to cook that up and toss in a couple eggs. 

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Not their finest effort, though they were certainly fat. 

Exercise:  Nope.  A little more active than the usual Monday but no dedicated time.  It may be a bit given that my knee and legs are already very unhappy with the golf schedule.
