Not As Much Boo

Bummer, I did not have the same feel this morning.  Oh well.  Didn't feel bad, other than the legs and feet are a little beat up.  Knees were definitely feeling it yesterday too.  Need to lighten the load.

Woke up for no discernible reason at 1:45.  Back to sleep easily, woke up more organically around 4:00, dozed in the recliner for a couple hours after that.  Adequately rested, I guess, but I'd sure like more.

Lots to do, better get to it.

Breakfast:  Breakfast sandwich, coffee

 

 

Local english muffin (nice clean ingredients), egg, american and pepper jack, Applegate no sugar bacon.  So good.

Lunch:  2x McD double cheeseburgers, Coke

Added the soda as it's super hot today.  Need all the liquids.  Also had a half a Gatorade (and a lot of water) during golf.

Dinner:  Steak, salad, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, strawberry shortcake w vanilla ice cream


 

Sunday dinners.  

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, enough walking to be completely drained.  Wow.
