Some days I'm optimistic, some I'm pessimistic. Probably more optimistic today than I was yesterday.
And probably with decent reason. The scale was down this morning despite a non-perfect day -- I needed extra food due to a pre-golf energy crash, and I had probably six ounces of leftover coke when I got home. I did manage to avoid a major blowup afterward, talking myself out of several worse options. Barely. And then I slept decently despite getting to bed much later than I would like. It is definitely helping having a dehumidifier running. Felt okay when I got up. And I'm not feeling as beat up physically. All good things.
Anyway, more of the same coming up for today.
Breakfast: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese, coffee
I'd guess about 2 oz. I bought cracker cuts since they don't carry conventional slices and they weren't notably more expensive than the block.
Lunch: 2 CF eggs scrambled, 4 NR bacon sausage links
Again. Tempted to have added more eggs, but I saved the last two for tomorrow.
Dinner: BK Texas double Whopper, 12 oz Miller Lite
An experiment. Was tasty but yeesh I expect more satiety for my 1k calories.
Also: Maiz chips (too many) and salsa. No more keeping chips around 'k?
Exercise: Nope.
