I was not ready for it to be Monday. Did not get to sleep until very late, well after midnight. It was hard to get up this morning.
A bit relieved not to have a big gain yesterday after eating a lot of food, much of it bad for me. The extra exercise was just enough.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled brisket and cheese sandwich
A blast from the recent past. I forgot to grab my phone so no photo. Used up the last of the brisket.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz All Day IPA, Brown Cow plain yogurt w wild blueberries
Decided to go full retro, since I did not feel like waiting to cook my planned steak. Did not realize the yogurt I bought at the health food store was not greek. I definitely prefer the greek.
Exercise: Nope.
