If you eat way too much, you'll gain weight. And I did yesterday. Yeesh.
Anyway, slept okay and it's a new day.
Breakfast: Coffee. Also again had a few yogurt blueberries late AM
Yup.
Lunch: Home ovencheeseburger with a little bolana sauce
Cooked up a pound last night (baked due to grill issues) so I have burgers. Tasty.
Dinner: 2x TB chx enchilada burritos before golf, french dip, 12 oz Miller Lite, Pringles
Too much again.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not that much extra walking.
