I could teach a class on weight gain. If only there was a demand for such a thing. Bad weight, that is.

Breakfast: Coffee.
Yup. Also the last of the yogurt blueberries and a few dark chocolate blueberries.
Lunch: Italian beef, fries
Not good for me but so good.
Dinner: 2x Big Mac, pringles, 12 oz Miler Lite, vanilla ice cream w choc sauce and peanuts
Bad for me but very tasty.
Also need to add some bacon, I cleaned up a batch I prepped for this week and had not made much of a dent in.
Exercise: Nope. Glad to see the weekend coming.
