Well okay then it's a new month. And TGIS.
It looks like I am going to accomplish today's goal, which was to not eat out other than the standard pre-golf breakfast. Not a great eating day, but that's okay. A step in the right direction anyway.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Standard. Not their finest effort.
Lunch: Maiz chips w Herdez salsa, 12 oz All Day IPA, ~8 oz Leinie Summer Shandy
Okay.
Dinner: Grilled CF bologna and cheese sandwich w sauteed onions. Lindt chocolate.
Didn't really want to fix anything much. Cleaned up the bologna and onions. Had the chocolate on hand from something else.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average extra walking
