Shifting A Few Goalpoasts

Didn't get the reboot, but that's okay.  I got to bed at a reasonable hour (after dozing in the recliner ... it's hard to get up once you start doing that) and woke up at a good time.  But I promptly went back to sleep and didn't get up until 7:30.  I'm going to call the extra sleep, which felt like good quality, a win.  Even if I didn't accompish my original goal.

Looking forward to a cooler, drier day.  It's been hot lately and my A/C has been out.  I've actually been surprised how well I've tolerated it, but yesterday wasn't enjoyable due to the near 100% humidity.  

Still hoping that the upcoming week will be good for some improvements. 

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee


Again made a half batch, enjoyable.

Lunch:  Culvers bacon deluxe, onion rings

Tasty but slow.

Dinner:  BLT, corn on the cob, chips, 16 oz Mich Ultra, way too many Pringles, moose tracks ice cream

Yeesh.

Exercise:  18 holes w cart, average walking maybe a little below average.
