Happy Sunday. The weekends as so short. So much to do. But thankful none the less.
I'm very much stuck in a range weight-wise. Really, really poor diet discipline right now. When I could post a nice drop on the weekends due to exercise I eat more. I crack at random times. It's just pathetic. Really need to do better but it won't be today.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w veggie cream cheese, coffee
Lunch: Culver's bacon deluxe
Tasty but very slow service. Nearly made me late.
Later: Pringles. Way way too many.
Dinner: Home cheeseburger with mustard, lettuce and tomato, chips, homemade potato salad, strawberry shortcake w vanilla ice cream
Father's day party. I will be way up tomorrow.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average walking maybe a little below. It was hot.
