Not a lot of pep today. It was busy and I trucked through it, but never had a lot of pizzaz.
Speaking of trucking through I need to get past this stretch of awful eating and clean up my diet. It's getting embarrassing.
Breakfast: Coffee, dark chocolate blueberries.
About out of blueberries, thankfully.
Lunch: 2x Wendys son of baconator
I had 15 minutes for lunch, this was the fastest option.
Snack: TB cheezit tostada, root beer
Ugh.
Dinner: Dominos pep grn olive, bacon jala cheesy bread, 12 oz Founders MI P1lsner, marble cookie brownie with homemade vanilla ice cream
Mega ugh.
Exercise: Nope. Part of the problem.
