I never found satiety last evening and it's been elusive so far again today. Kinda frustrating that I'm broken that way.
Seriously considering going more LC. I don't quite think I can get to full carnivore, but if I can back down the carbs maybe that will help with things. Going to buy some extra ground beef and eat more hamburgers, plus I have barbacoa and strip steaks in the freezer.
Breakfast: Donuts, coffee
Didn't really need the mid-morning donut but when good ones are offered....
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Good batch of soup. Of course I bought a loaf of bread last week so I have a bunch of that in the freezer. Oh well.
Snack: 2x TB chx ench burrito, root beer
Dinner: 2x McD QPC, chips w ranch dip, nutty dunkers, 12 oz Mexican Coke
Junk food fiesta. Surprisingly the store did not have a single container of onion dip so I settled for ranch.
Exercise: Nope.
