Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Yeah, standard.
Lunch: 12 oz draft beer, probably Miller Lite
Post golf
Dinner: Beef jalapeno cheddar snack sticks, brisket w Stubbs bbq sauce, 12 oz All Day IPA
Made a trip to the BBQ place, was hungry so I added snack sticks and ate those immediately. Nice clean ingredient list (beef, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, spices) and they were tasty, may have to buy again. Ate less of the brisket as a result but had too much bbq sauce.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, average extra walking
