Let's Reset Once Again

Early start today, alarm went off at 5:30.  Hoping that I can use that as a launching pad to shift my schedule -- I've really been staying up late recently, midnight has not been uncommon -- which has made getting up early a thing which is not happening.

Also a thing which has not been happening is disciplined eating.  Today will be no different, as will tomorrow.  But maybe this week I can reset that too.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee


Standard.

Lunch:  ~ 12 oz Miller Lite, sandwich sliders x3 w a few veggies, frosted sugar cookie, can fruit punch and lemonade

Grad party food.

Dinner:  Barbacoa, mashed potatoes, guac, 12 oz Founders MI P1lsner, avo oil chips


This was supposed to be Thursday dinner so I felt compelled to eat it.  It was fine.

Tonight's Creami experiment:


Maple bacon ice cream.  With chocolate sauce and peanuts.   Not quite perfect.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, no better than average walking
