Nothing of note, things are pretty much routine. For whatever reason I felt leaner this morning even though the scale was only marginally different. I was pleased, of course, to see it lower even if not much. It may be that I have to ditch more carbs sooner rather than later, but we will see.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover home ovencheeseburger
Same as yesterday, except with bolana sauce instead of mustard. Easy and tasty.
Dinner: Chili cheese hot dogs, 2 slices sharp cheddar, mustard and dill relish. 12 oz All Day IPA
Same as yesterday. Again tasty.
Also: Pringles. A stupid grocery run purchase.
Exercise: Nope.
