Sometime after dinner last night the body decided it was okay to release the water. So it did. And is still doing. Oy.
Felt like I slept fine but I was quite tired when I woke up this morning. Dozed as long as I could and got more actual sleep than normal. Have felt okay, but I will want to monitor.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover home ovencheeseburger
Tasty. I know to go full LC I should ditch the bread, but I think I'll wait on that until the water slows down and/or I'm out of bread. Still have at least half a loaf in the freezer. This is good local bread, not mass garbage.
Dinner: 4 eggs sunny, hash browns in olive oil, 5 strips bacon, hatch chiles. 12 oz All Day IPA
Same as yesterday except with chiles instead of guac. It was ... too much food?
Exercise: Nope. Looking forward to some this weekend.
