Frankly, I expected better out of today.
It wasn't good.
Breakfast: Donut, coffee
Day old but still elite.
Lunch: Brisket w a little cup of spicy bbq sauce, smoked mushrooms, Coke
Change of plans, work took me away over lunch.
Snack: a few chips, cleaned up yesterday's bag
Dinner: French dip sandwich, 12 oz Miller Lite
Nthmeal: Arby's roast beef, mozz sticks, Coke, no bakes
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, little extra walking
