Busy day. I was amused that my weight was the same for the third straight day. It won't be tomorrow.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yeah.
Lunch: Steak and mashed potatoes
I guess you can call it lunch when you eat it at 4:30, right? Managed to have a few minutes to eat before golf, worked through lunch without food.
Dinner: French dip sandwich, 12 oz Miller Lite, way too much snack mix
I think the dip may be my new Tuesday go to, I'm tired of the weeds in the salad bowl and the seed oil in the ranch.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not that much extra walking
