Good day so far. Could have used more sleep than I got, but that's okay. It was enough. Quality was fine. Early start today for golf, which also went well.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Yeah, the standard. Almost forgot the photo!
Lunch: A few peanuts, 12 oz +/- of what I think was Miller Lite
Post golf.
Dinner: Brisket
Hit up a convenient BBQ place on the way back for a pound of brisket. It's decent, if not my favorite place. I may need to keep some spicy and not sugary sauce on hand for when I get the chance to pick some up. Anyway, I did some damage. At least I did not eat all of it!
Later, a bowl of popcorn with butter
Okay.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, some extra walking. I would have walked more if I had played worse!
