Again limping to the finish line of another month. It's not been a great one. Not enough getting done, going backwards on the eating and weight, not enough exercise. I need to do much better in July.
Anyway, I have a very interesting idea for the upcoming month, will be interested to see if I can pull it off. Today, however, is still June.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with veggie cream cheese, coffee, donuts
Cleaned up the cream cheese, which will hopefully remove the temptation to make lazy bagels on Sunday mornings.
Lunch: Maiz tortilla chips and salsa, mexican coke
No protein. Yeesh.
Dinner: Steak, salad no dressing, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream
Also 2x big mac, coke
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, good extra walking
