Catching up. Total FAIL.

Breakfast:  Mcdonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 2 sausage burritos, coffee

Lunch:  2 double cheeseburgers, fries

Snack:  Popcorn

Dinner:  Reuben sub, garlic cheese bread

Snack:  A few chips and some onion dip.

Also:  a couple glasses of semi-dry riesling wine

Exercise:  Talked myself out of it this morning.  FAIL.

Breakfast:  1 oz salami, 2 slices sharp cheddar

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avocado; sausage; coffee

Dinner:  Mcdonalds double cheeseburger, mcchicken, small fries

Snacks:  Popcorn, chips and onion dip

Exercise:  1 mile walking.  20 minutes.
