Today's goal was to do the holiday shopping. From scratch (i.e. no lists, no idea) to wrapped. I didn't quite get there but at least I made a lot of progress.
That level of crazy also meant bad eating, though it was counteracted somewhat by lots and lots of walking. I mean I went to a half dozen big box stores and I went to Meijer twice. I should have worn the pedometer but didn't because it was raining. Miserable day after about 11:00 am.
Breakfast: Blueberry oatcakes, 3 slices Meijer bacon, coffee

Lunch: Qdoba burrito bowl, light rice, double steak, pinto beans, pico, hot salsa, cheese and sour cream.
Stock order. It should sound familiar... I have a phone photo but haven't bothered uploading it so far.
Snack: Chips and onion dip. Lots. Bleh. See walking, lots of.
Dinner: See lunch. Same exact thing. Yeah, seriously, I ate twice at Qdoba in one day. WTF. It was getting late, I was a ways from home and needed dinner. None of the other options were appealing. I actually think that the fact that a drive thru McBurger didn't sound very good is progress of a sort.
Exercise: Stretched out the morning walk nicely. Ended up with 2.33 miles, about 45 minutes. And then, as mentioned above, I shopped until I couldn't stand it any more. Lots of exercise.
