Stayed up too late last night. Got involved in something and couldn't let it go. It's actually been taking up evenings all week but last night was a couple hours later than any other. Good thing it should wrap up here this weekend and then I can resume going to bed early. I did manage to get up at the usual time today but I'm definitely lagging.
Breakfast: Oatcakes with a few blueberries, 3 slices Meijer bacon, ~ 3 oz MO veg juice, coffee

Lunch: Qdoba "Craft 2". One small naked burrito bowl with the usual, steak, rice, pinto beans, pico, salsa, sour cream and cheese. One small naked taco salad with steak and the standard stuff plus salsa and pico. I was pleasantly surprised by how decent the taco salad was, but since I didn't ask them to leave off the dressing or the black bean and corn salsa the nutritional profile wasn't all that different than just getting a burrito bowl.
Either I'm going to have to custom order or I'm just going to have to not go to Qdoba.
I do have a picture, we'll see if I remember to upload it.
Dinner: Ham and turkey sandwiches with cheese and mustard (2), a few chips, olives, celery and ranch dressing, a spoonful of mashed potatoes
Snacks: 2 Taco Bell chicken burritos, chips and onion dip. FAIL.
Obv too many carbs earlier in the day, I was hungry all afternoon/evening, even all the eating didn't satiate. It's really funny how eating lots of carbs makes me hungry - and it's mental, I wanted to eat before bed even though my stomach was still quite full. Dumb dumb dumb dumb.
Exercise: Skipped the morning walk, rain/snow coming down. We'll see how many miles I log shopping. Edit: Not a real impressive total, something like 2.5 miles for the day. Too much computering.
