Feeling odd at the moment. I'm a couple weeks in to this whole getting up super early thing, it feels normal during the week now but it still seems a little strange to be up hours before the sun on the weekend. With golf season over I don't have that to do later today. And my usual Sunday evening routine is off this week as well so I'll be doing different stuff all day. To preserve the normal to the extent possible I'm going to go fix breakfast and do some weekend cleanup.
Breakfast: Leftover oatcakes from yesterday, 3 slices Meijer bacon, ~ 3 oz MO veg juice, coffee

Lunch: Grass fed chuck roast, browned and slow cooked in oven with pepperocinis and spices. Yum!

Dinner: McDonalds McRib, daily double, small fries. The mcrib was delicious, the rest bleh. I can now say I've had my McRib for the year. Also: FAIL.
Snack: Chips and onion dip. Lots. FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL.
Exercise: Stretched out the walk this morning, felt really good other than some minor lower back complaints, nothing significant, just something that happens from time to time when you've got a gut. Ended up at 1.7 miles in 32 minutes. Could have jogged the last several blocks, certainly felt good enough. Didn't.
