Totally unready for it to be Monday and I screwed up big time last night. I didn't get home until 9:30 or so - already past my bedtime - and it took well over an hour to do a couple things and get ready to sleep. I don't think I nodded off until close to 11:30. I got up at the usual time today but instead of moving around and going out for my walk I just snoozed. My body was just not rested. I'm going to have to try real hard to wind down a little early tonight so that I can get back on schedule.
Breakfast: ~ 1.5 oz armour novara hard salami, 2 slices Kraft big slice sharp cheddar cheese, a little coffee. Late, late and late = grab and go.
Lunch: 2 jumbo eggs fried in a bit of butter, 5 slices Meijer bacon, most of 1 small organic avocado, some potato chips left from yesterday (thankfully now all gone)

Dinner: Broiled CF boneless chicken breast, leftover pinto beans, pico, kraft mexican cheese, jalapenos from a jar and a little sour cream. Mexi-Chickibowl.

When it comes right down to it I like beef better than chicken but chicken does taste good.
Also: Just over 1 glass of semidry riesling wine. Finished the bottle, finally.
Exercise: No morning walk. Not happy about missing it. I have entertained thoughts of doing some pushups or something tonight but I think I'm going to just reboot in the morning and give myself the day off.
