Catching up...
Breakfast: 1 oz hard salami, 1 slice Kraft big slice sharp cheddar cheese, coffee
Lunch: 2 chili cheese dogs, some fries, several ounces of hot and spicy peanuts
Dinner: Little Caesars pepperoni pizza
Exercise: Morning walk, ~ 1.2 miles, felt great.
