November results: FAIL.
Weight, up a couple pounds, I'm too lazy to look up the exact number at the moment, I'm still in the same range where I've been for months now. Which, considering the binge eating, is fairly miraculous.
Exercise was successful. I'm actually starting to like getting up early, though it takes me a loooooong time to get going. Seriously, there is no reason why I should do nothing more than drink coffee and walk a mile between 4:45 and 7:30. Walking is good though.
Life otherwise has been meh. Treading water at work, inconsistent in my home stuff. Need to redouble my efforts.
December goals: SUCCEED.
Weight, OK, for real, 15 pounds. I have at least a third of that hanging out in water weight and it'll be gone with a couple of days of being good. The rest just requires no binging and no bad snacking. NOT that difficult. Dumbass.
Exercise, keep it rolling. 15 days minimum but more is better. If I keep enjoying it, especially if the weather is mostly decent, I'll hit this no problem.
Life: Get organized at work. I can do this in ten hours or less. Also, follow through on daily items at home.
Just win. You have GOALS. Get there.
