Greater Than ... Pizza

As per the title of my catchup post for yesterday there have been months of empty words and goals and just a total lack of follow through. Indulgence quickly changes into binge into WTF. Maybe, just maybe, I can stop the slide here.
I should punch this in to see just how I did but overall it was OK. Spendy because I ate out twice but if that's what it takes to get back on track so be it.
Breakfast: 1 oz hard salami, 1 slice Kraft big slice sharp cheddar cheese, ~ 3 oz Meijer organics vegetable juice (had this yesterday too) and coffee. Satisfactory.
Lunch: 3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese and avocado, sausage, coffee
Dinner: Taco salad, no shell, with spicy pork and hot sauce
After dinner: Two glasses of riesling wine. It was better when I opened it last weekend or so.
Exercise: Usual morning loop of about 1.2 miles, about 22 minutes. Getting comfortable, might have to stretch it out a bit.
