Lag One

Yeah, I forgot to expound on my post title from yesterday.  Had a good session the other day and as I was playing it back I got to thinking about how I should measure importance.  I enjoy pizza.  A lot, obviously, since I've been eating it multiple times per week and not just one slice at a time.  So in looking at my goals I should ask -- is the end result greater than the pleasure obtained from eating pizza over that time?

Just maybe I can keep answering yes.

Breakfast:  2 slices Kraft big slice sharp cheddar cheese, 3 oz veg juice, coffee.  Out of salami.

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled, 3 slices Meijer bacon with pepper, 1 small organic avocado, coffee

I do have a picture, but really, not sure it's necessary.  If I remember I'll add it.

Dinner:  Qdoba naked burrito with steak, rice, pinto beans, hot salsa, pico, cheese and sour cream.

I think I need to change to getting the taco salad.  Cut the rice.  It didn't help that the nice young lady who made my bowl was more generous than usual with everything.  Maybe I can convince them to do a hybrid with beans and just a little rice.

Qdoba nutrition estimator suggests 805 calories (which is fine) and 69g of carb (which is not) for this combination.

Exercise:  Usual 1.2 mile/20 minute morning walk.  Felt pretty good again today.  Hard surface sleeping is going very very well and I've been getting up without too much trouble at 4:45.  It still takes too long to get to the office but I'm improving in that area.
