Fatigued this morning. Not sleepy - I again woke up before my alarm - but tired. I haven't had much in the way of energy. I had a little trouble getting to sleep again. I think I'm going to have to shut off all the devices and go into wind down mode a bit earlier. I like nights when I just lay down and drop off.
Breakfast: Leftover italian chuck roast, Fage 2% plain yogurt and some frozen organic raspberries, coffee

Lunch: 3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese and avocado; sausage; coffee
Standard lunch out. The omelet was smaller than usual which is probably a good thing, sometimes it's really stuffed.
Snack: ~ 2 oz Meijer peanuts
Dinner: Qdoba naked burrito. This time I got it with half as much rice and double meat. A better selection and very tasty though expensive at nearly $10.
Snack: Chips and onion dip. FAIL. Maybe I need to go to the grocery store only when feeling ill or something. Yeesh.
Exercise: Usual morning walk, ~ 1.2 miles, about 20 minutes. Today I discovered that if I breathe exclusively out of my nose (which I never do) pulling the mask up over my mouth is much less annoying and my face can stay warmer. That's really the only part of my body that's exposed and it's really not bad unless I'm walking into the wind. I'm happy with the rest of my gear.
